I am getting a codec error message.

If you are getting a codec error check to make sure the media player is set to automatically download audio codecs. This can be done by clicking on Tools, then on Options..., then under the Player tab, make sure the check mark is there where it says Enable automatic codec download. After doing this you will need to restart windows media player.

I am getting the media player to play an archive but I am getting no audio.

If you are listening to a recent archive file of a sporting event and the window opens and is playing but you hear no audio this is most likely because we have been unable to edit the file down to its final length. In an effort to get the archives available as quickly as possible we post the link to the raw file within 12 hours of the end of the game. This file can be as long as 16 hours long. If you see that the file is over 5 hours long (check the playlist on the right of the screen) try using the scroll bar at the bottom of the window and advancing through the file until you get to the action. (hint: this trick also works in the edited files)

I am listening to live webcast and getting no audio.

The live webcasts are direct from our booth at the game and not from the radio station. So you will only hear a feed approx 5 minutes prior to the start of the pregame show.
